About Us

Who is David?
David was born in Newton, Kansas and grew up just south of Kansas City, KS. During those formative years he watched his parents (David and Charlotte) help found a small Baptist church in Olathe, Ks. It was in this church that David first accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ, as his personal Savior. At the age of 10 he led his first soul to Christ in the back of a classroom at Edgerton Elementary School. His parents then relocated to Tulsa, Ok while David was in the 8th grade. During the next several years, his dad took on the role of Pastor and attempted to found a small church in Oklahoma.

The Falling Away

Around the age of 17, David fell away from his walk with the Lord. He became involved in drugs, crime, the occult, and immorality that permeated his life for the next several years. After being wed and having a child, he moved away from the drugs and crime believing he could "be a good man", but continued in "only studying" the occult and neglected the other immoral areas of his life. As he divorced and remarried, he found his life spiraling out of control, careening towards the brink of personal destruction. He needed help, desperately...

Redemption

A Mother's prayer. It seems so simple, but it is so powerful. David's mother had been praying for him earnestly. "You need to go back to Church" she would tell him. And one day, he did. And as he did, he found himself at the Altar of the Lord, pleading with God for Mercy. The Lord lifted the burden from David's shoulders and set him back on the narrow path. Slowly, David lifted his eyes towards the judgement he deserved and instead found the loving eyes and arms of his Lord awaiting to receive him. Over the course of the next several years David set his mind towards the study of the Scripture, both Old Testament and New.

The Style

As he studied, he put to work the voice the Lord had gifted him with as a child as often as he found the opportunity. Highly influenced by the works of Presley, Tritt, Brooks, Gaither, Travis, Boltz, and Chapman, his sound is unique in quality. He sings with a passion directed towards the Lord entrenched with a thankfulness for Grace. You just have to listen to him Praise God to feel that deeply felt joy and love for Christ. David rides a Motorcycle and
typically wears his leather vest and boots when he performs.

Psa 86:12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.
